Like our other solenoid interlocks, the SKPM is designed to permit removal of the interlock key in response to an electric signal. Instead of utilizing a terminal block, the SKPM is arranged so that the customer's leads are wired directly to the solenoid and to the auxiliary switch. The SKPM can be installed with the lock cylinder protruding 5/8” or flush mounted (by use of spacers provided). The SKPM is designed so that the key is removable only when the solenoid is energized. The optional signal lamp and push button kits are shipped loose for field wiring by the installing technician. The
auxiliary switch is UL listed. Each SKPM is
furnished with two tandem mounted auxiliary
switches and a total of 2 N.O. & 2 N.C. auxiliary
