All initiating keys must be inserted into the type T interlock before the retained keys can be removed. After the retained keys are removed, the initiating keys are trapped in the interlock. Type T interlocks are transfer blocks since there is no locking bolt projection through the base for locking any moving part. Usually
the need for a type T interlock can be
eliminated by using multi-cylinder interlocks
mounted on your respective devices, making
it unnecessary to go through an additional
transfer lock operation. Or choose from any of the following interlocks by type:
